Hangzhou Starwave Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise focusing on the full-range supply of outboard motor parts. Its core competitiveness comes from our own physical factory-a precision manufacturing base with decades of experience in manufacturing core components of internal combustion engines. The manufacturing base is located in an industrial park with significant industrial agglomeration advantages, covering an area of 210,000 square meters and a building area of 40,000 square meters. Since 2010, it has been deeply engaged in the manufacturing of core components of internal combustion engines, and has become a solid guarantee for the quality and production capacity of outboard motor parts by virtue of its superior industrial location and mature manufacturing heritage.
The base is equipped with more than 200 sets of top domestic production and testing equipment, realizing full-process automated control from raw material selection to finished product delivery. Currently, the base has an annual production capacity of over 10 million sets, and its products are exported to many countries, including South American countries such as Brazil and Argentina, Southeast Asian countries, Africa, Europe and the United States. Among them, the outboard motor series parts have been specially optimized for complex water conditions such as fresh water and salt water, forming differential advantages in corrosion resistance, heat resistance and impact resistance; whether it is from the design and engraving of product molds to the manufacturing of processing equipment, or from the reserve of technical personnel to the recruitment of skilled production workers, the place where hardware industries gather has rich resources, which truly takes full advantage of geographical convenience.

The manufacturing base has passed the IATF16949 phase II on-site audit and ISO9001 quality management system certification, and was awarded the title of "National High-Tech Enterprise". With excellent quality, the products not only provide power component supporting services for listed companies such as Taotao Vehicle Industry and Huayang Racing for a long time, but also become the Chinese supplier of the internationally renowned enterprise Mahle (code: S3254), with business radiating to many countries and regions around the world.
